World Famous Burger

The burger that made the Valley Tavern famous!!!

One half-pound lean hamburger broiled (not fried). We top it with “the works”, a few thin slices of jalapeno peppers, chopped onion broiled on top and lots of Tillamook Cheddar cheese to hold it all together. On the toasted bun we add pickles and our own homemade “secret” sauce. It only takes one and you’ll be hooked!!

A Boca burger with “the works” for those who want to skip the beef.

Jumbo Dog

Quarter pound all beef kosher dog with “the works” on a toasted hoagie roll.

Halibut Sandwich

Three pieces of lightly breaded tasty broiled halibut on a toasted bun with cheese, lettuce and tarter sauce. 

Tamales

Two hand-wrapped shredded beef cornmeal tamales. After we stack on “the works” we serve them with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

Chicken Sandwich

Two pieces of broiled mesquite chicken with “the works” served on a toasted hoagie roll.

Chicken and Ham Sandwich

One piece of broiled mesquite chicken, several slices of tasty ham and “the works”.

Dinner Salad

Served with your choice of Blue Cheese, Ranch, 1000 Island or Italian dressing

Chicken Salad

A bed of crisp salad greens topped with two pieces of broiled mesquite chicken and shredded Tillamook cheddar.

Hot Pretzel

Cheese filled pretzel with a light jalapeno flavor with your choice of sauces.

Buffalo Wings

Not too hot, not too wimpy. Our wings are just right! We serve them with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Quesadillas

A tortilla lightly browned, topped with onions, jalapenos and cheese topped with another tortilla and served with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

Chicken Quesadillas

 We add two pieces of broiled sliced mesquite chicken to the regular quesadilla to make a full meal!!
